Accessible Preventive wellness support for women and Disparaged communities
Her Promise Circle Foundation helps people take care of their health before small issues turn into serious health problems.
We started by serving women. Today, partnerships allow HPC to bring custom programs to more people, workplaces, patients, and communities.
-
Make It Easier to Stay Well Before a Crisis Happens.
HPCF works to remove the barriers that keep people from getting preventive wellness support early, so health changes are not only made after a diagnosis.
Our goal is simple: More people supported earlier, fewer preventable health crises, and stronger, more sustainable communities with less strain on healthcare systems and workers. -
When People Are Supported in Living Well, Communities Thrive. HPC began by focusing on women’s health support.
As our partnerships have grown, we have expanded to meet broader community needs and have adapted programs for youth, adolescents, men’s and coed groups, seniors, and employees.
Our long-term vision is to extend this support further and earlier in people’s lives, helping families build healthier patterns that lead to longer, stronger, and more stable health outcomes across generations. -
HPC does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. We support the everyday actions that protect health before, between, and after healthcare visits, helping people apply what they learn in real life without adding strain to clinical teams.
We support the whole person, including social and spiritual wellbeing. Spiritual support is always optional. Through fitness, health coaching, education, and practical resources, we help people:
Move more
Manage stress more effectively
Build sustainable daily routines
Stay engaged in their health
Follow through on health goals
-
HPC presented its heart health approach alongside Piedmont Women’s Heart Health through Project ECHO, a virtual learning network for healthcare providers. The case showed how ongoing support helped a woman with heart failure overcome everyday barriers to following her care plan.
-
HPC supported wellness programming and community engagement for a MedCura Health event reaching 400+ participants. MedCura is a community health center system that provides affordable primary care across Metro Atlanta.
Why Our Whole-Person ModelWorks
Healthy living is harder to sustain when only one part of health is supported.
HPC combines the right parts based on the people you serve, so your program supports more than one piece of their health.
-
Our certified personal trainers lead movement because regular physical activity can lower anxiety, reduce the risk of depression, and support clearer thinking. Our community spaces also help reduce isolation, which is tied to poorer mental and physical health.
-
Our health coaches teach breathing, grounding, and emotional regulation skills. These techniques help slow breathing, lower heart rate, and calm the body’s stress response so people can respond more clearly.
-
Our certified personal trainers lead live movement that can improve sleep, lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety, and lower the risk of chronic disease. Our health coaches then help people work through the real barriers that make healthy routines hard to keep.
-
Our group coaching, community chats, and live group fitness give people regular connection instead of leaving them to manage their health alone. Social isolation is linked to a 29% higher risk of early death, a 29% higher risk of heart disease, and a 32% higher risk of stroke.
-
Our licensed ministers provide prayer and faith-based encouragement for people who choose it. Research links positive spiritual coping with hope, meaning, resilience, and stronger emotional well-being during illness.

Meet Our Founder
Michal Renée Carlock
Founder & Executive Director
Michal spent over a decade working in critical care, often at the bedside with patients in emergency situations. Over time, she saw a consistent pattern: many people only began to engage with their health once they were already in crisis.
She also saw something deeper: most people were not choosing emergency care. They simply did not have the support, resources, or systems needed to prevent reaching that point.
That experience led her to create HPC after seeing the same gap again and again:
People are often told what to do for their health, but aren’t supported in doing it once they leave the clinic.
Healing through Christ. Wellness for everyone.
We don’t just believe in God. We build with Him.
Every message we share and every woman we mentor is rooted in His Word.
Mind, body, and spirit, with spiritual support always optional.
