MM: Between the Lines - Virtual Journal Session: Coming Back to You

Mamas, when was the last time you made a little space just for you?

Join Monochromatic Mommies for the first Between the Lines gathering, a quiet and intentional virtual journal session created especially for autism and special needs mamas.

Between caring for everyone else, advocating, managing appointments, and getting through the day, it can be easy to lose touch with the woman behind all the responsibilities. This gathering is an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Together, you’ll have space to:

  • ✍️ Journal and reflect

  • 🎶 Listen to soft music

  • 💭 Explore gentle prompts around old joys and forgotten aspirations

  • 🤍 Share, if you feel comfortable

The first reflection will center around:

“What is one part of yourself you've been missing lately, and what might it look like to make a little room for her again?”

No pressure to share, and no need to have the “right” thing to say. Cameras are optional, sharing is optional. You can journal, listen, reflect, or simply spend an hour in a quiet space surrounded by other mamas.

Bring your journal, your favorite pen, and whatever helps you feel comfortable. Come exactly as you are. 💕

This is for you if:

  • You KNOW you’re meant for more, but your life doesn’t reflect it yet

  • You feel called to do more, give more, build more… but money feels tight

  • You’ve been praying for increase but still feel stuck in the same cycle

  • You’re tired of almost, close, and “maybe next time”

Let’s shift this:

Because “just enough” was never the goal.

And deep down… you know that.

By the end, you’ll see clearly:

Where you’ve been holding yourself back…

and what needs to shift so you can actually receive what God has already made available to you.
