You Can’t Build Healthy Communities on Burned-Out Women (MMxHPCF Live Session)
Monochromatic Mommies and Her Promise Circle Foundation are officially joining forces.
This new partnership brings together two organizations working at the intersection of caregiving, women’s wellness, community health, advocacy, and access to support.
Join Sabrina Bonaparte + Michal for a live conversation announcing the collaboration, the systemic gap that brought the organizations together, and the work they are preparing to build around moms and caregivers whose own health and wellness needs are too often treated as secondary.
During the live, we’ll discuss:
• Why caregiver wellness is a community health issue
• What each organization is seeing on the ground
• Why traditional resources alone are not enough
• How MM + HPCF plan to combine advocacy, preventive wellness, education, community support, and access
• What this partnership means for future programming, partnerships, and community impact
• What comes next
This is more than a collaboration announcement.
It is a conversation about who gets supported, who gets overlooked, and what community organizations can build when they decide the existing gap is no longer acceptable.
MM x HPCF. Two organizations. One shared commitment to changing how we support the women holding families and communities together.

Monochromatic Mommies: Community Conversations: Caregiver Well-Being with Deshombre Samuels
When you’re caring for a child with different abilities and needs, so much attention naturally goes toward your child—but who is caring for the caregiver?
Join Monochromatic Mommies for an October Community Conversation with Deshombre Samuels, Founder of The Neuromargin Project and owner of The Virtual Experience, for an honest conversation about caregiver well-being, support, and the realities of raising an autistic child while making space for yourself, too.
Drawing from her professional experience, entrepreneurship, and lived experience as an Autism Mom, Deshombre will explore why caregiver well-being deserves intentional attention, not only when we reach burnout, but as an important part of supporting the whole family.
Together, we’ll talk about the needs caregivers carry, the importance of community and practical support, and what it can look like to prioritize your own well-being while continuing to care deeply for your child.
This is a space to learn, connect, reflect, and be reminded that your well-being matters, too.
Meet Deshombre
Deshombre Samuels is the Founder of The Neuromargin Project and owner of The Virtual Experience. Her work is rooted in professional experience, entrepreneurship, and her lived experience as an Autism Mom.
Through her own journey, she recognized how often caregivers’ needs become secondary while families focus on supporting their autistic children. This realization became the foundation for The Neuromargin Project, a South Carolina nonprofit focused specifically on caregivers of autistic children.
Her vision is a future where caregivers have access to the support, resources, and community they need to sustain their own well-being.

Monochromatic Mommies: Between the Lines - Virtual Guided Journal Session
Somewhere between caring for everyone else, advocating for our children, managing appointments, and navigating the everyday responsibilities of motherhood, we can sometimes forget to make room for ourselves.
Between the Lines is a guided journaling experience created by Monochromatic Mommies to give mamas a space to slow down, reflect, reconnect, and simply be.
Each gathering features a different reflection topic, thoughtful journaling prompts, soft music, and opportunities for meaningful conversation. Together, we’ll explore the many layers of motherhood, personal growth, identity, emotional well-being, and everything in between.
This isn’t about having the perfect words or knowing exactly what to write. It’s about giving yourself permission to pause, put pen to paper, and see what comes up between the lines.
Your space. Your pace. Your story.
Cameras are optional. Sharing is optional. You’re welcome to journal, listen, reflect, or simply spend an hour surrounded by other mamas who understand.
Come as you are. Bring your favorite journal, a pen, and whatever helps you feel comfortable. 💗
Each session features a new reflection topic. Specific themes and session details will be shared separately.

Community Hour: Monochromatic Mommies Open House

During this interactive session, you’ll learn more about the mission and vision of Monochromatic Mommies, current programs, upcoming opportunities, and stories from the community. Helpful resources for families navigating the autism and special needs journey will also be shared.
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, connect with others, and discover ways to get involved—whether through participation, volunteering, partnerships, or advocacy.
Whether you’re joining for the first time or have been part of the village for years, Community Hour is a space to build meaningful connections, find encouragement, and learn more about the impact being created together.
We look forward to welcoming you into the Monochromatic Mommies community. 💗
Monochromatic Mommies: Moments for Mamas: Becoming Her, Again
Somewhere along the journey of motherhood, we begin to discover new versions of ourselves. We grow, evolve, shift priorities, and sometimes lose touch with the things that once brought us joy.
But what if wellness isn’t about getting back to who we used to be? What if it’s about embracing who we’re becoming?
Join Monochromatic Mommies for Becoming Her, Again, a special Moments for Mamas gathering hosted by Founder and Executive Director Sabrina Bonaparte.
Together, we’ll explore what wellness can look like beyond routines, responsibilities, and traditional ideas of self-care. Through meaningful conversation, reflection, creativity, and a little fun, we’ll make space to reconnect with our identities, rediscover what brings us joy, and consider how we can intentionally nurture ourselves in this season of life.
Whether you’re rediscovering old passions, exploring new interests, or simply learning to make yourself a priority again, this gathering is an invitation to embrace every version of the woman you are becoming.
