Care for Your Spiritual health, Too.

Christian health coaching, prayer and support to help you care for your faith and your health in everyday life.

Faith Has to Work in Real Life, Too.

HPC cares for the whole woman—including her spiritual health—because stress, emotions, physical health, relationships and faith can all affect how she feels and functions day to day.

Stress and isolation do not just affect how you feel.

Poor social connection is linked with a 29% higher risk of heart disease and a 32% higher risk of stroke, and research also links spiritual well-being with coping, resilience and mental health.

Her Promise Circle Foundation’s Holistic Framework considers the whole woman, including her spiritual health.

Whether you need prayer, community, wellness education, or simply a place to start, there’s a place for you here.

Hello, i’m Brit!

I’m the Chief Prayer Officer at Her Promise Circle Foundation.

In this role, I help shape and lead holistic programming that supports the spiritual and emotional needs of our community, while also helping expand collaborative youth initiatives. I believe deeply in the power of community and collective care, and I’m passionate about creating spaces where women and families feel supported, connected, and equipped to thrive. My background spans corporate data strategy, public education, educational consulting, and authorship, giving me a unique perspective on community, wellness, and service. I’ve been part of the Her Promise Circle family since 2024, and my personal values of building community, celebrating culture, and cultivating care align closely with the foundation’s mission.

I hold a B.S. in Communications (Journalism) from Texas A&M University and an M.A. in Teaching (Early Childhood Education) from National Louis University. In 2025, I was licensed to preach in the African Methodist Episcopal Church, and I’m currently based in Chicago with my cat, Winnie.
