Simple answers

You do not need to know our program names yet. Here is what everything means in plain words.

What is the free help?
In Public Promise, you can access prayer calls, Bible Study, group chats, and pay-what-you-can wellness education workshops. It is the soft entry into your wellness journey with us.
What is the paid help?
The paid plan gives you more support each week: stress support, live workouts, recorded workouts, and help from our team. In our app, this paid plan is called Promise Access.
Can I try one drop-in class or one drop-in session first?
Yes. If you do not want the full Promise Access plan yet, you can buy a drop-in. Promise Practice is health coaching for stress management and meets Thursdays 7:35-8:25 PM ET. Promise Practice may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Fitness class meets Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 PM ET. You can also get weekly or monthly HPC Fitness Library access. Coach/trainer messaging is not included with a drop-in. It unlocks inside Promise Access.
How are your fitness classes different from a gym?
A gym gives you access to equipment. HPC gives you supported movement, trainer guidance, realistic options, and a way back in when pain, fear, or life makes you fall off. LaShunda came to us with heart failure, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and caregiving responsibilities for an elderly parent. Her doctor kept telling her she needed to work out, but she was afraid of pain and overwhelmed by trying to find something safe. Kiandra, our Certified Personal Trainer and Pre/Postnatal Coach, created personalized prerecorded limited-mobility workouts for her. Now LaShunda works out every day, motivated and excited, at a level that fits her ability. Those kinds of workouts, plus warmups, stretches, new replays, and optional Christian meditations, live inside the HPC Fit Library.
Can I message a coach or trainer?
Yes, inside Promise Access. Promise Access includes live message and voice-message support during coach/trainer office hours for personal questions, check-ins, modifications, and getting back on track. This is not included with a single drop-in.
What if I need help right now and feel unsafe?
If you are in danger, call emergency help now. In the U.S. or Canada, call or text 988. Outside the U.S., visit findahelpline.com.
Do you take insurance?
No, we do not take insurance. Promise Practice health coaching may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement, especially when you are using Michal Carlock's health coaching support. Her credentials are NBCHWC and RCP. You can review her NBCHWC credential here. You can review or share this example provider letter: HSA/FSA provider letter. Clearance letters or HSA/FSA eligibility letters can be sent to admin@herpromisecircle.org. Your MD can text us at 4702421052 or email us at admin@herpromisecircle.org.
Can I download my wellness report?
Yes. After the assessment, use the Download full report button. Your report includes what you shared, your measured health-support map, the plan we recommended, Her Promise Circle's website, a provider-facing disclaimer, and the HSA/FSA provider letter link for health coaching.
Can I speak to a human?
Yes. If you still have questions, send a help ticket here: contact the help desk.
Is this a Christian space?
Her Promise Circle is holistic wellness support. The faith we believe in and reference is Christianity. We are Christian-based and non-denominational. Prayer, Bible Study, and Scripture may be part of the space. You are still welcome if you are just starting, unsure, or come from a different background.
