Access Changes Outcomes.
At The Her Promise Circle Foundation, impact isn’t theoretical — it’s lived, measurable, and repeatable.
When barriers are removed, women don’t just feel supported — they take action, regain confidence, and rebuild stability.
The Problem We Address
Access to preventive care, education, and supportive services remains uneven across Metro Atlanta, particularly for women and communities of color, according to the Georgia Department of Public Health.
In DeKalb County, the DeKalb County Board of Health identifies cost, transportation, and limited access to providers as persistent barriers to care.
When access is limited, prevention disappears — and stress escalates into crisis.
The Barriers Women Face
Rising insurance premiums and out-of-pocket costs
Inability to afford therapists, counselors, or wellness professionals
Lack of transportation or proximity to services
Geographic isolation from preventive and community-based resources
Event fees or memberships that make consistent support unrealistic
Our Solution: Remove the Barriers
We provide free and affordable access to:
Preventive wellness education
Group support and accountability
Workshops led by qualified professionals
Local, community-based programming in DeKalb County
Virtual access for women unable to attend in person
This model ensures women can receive support regardless of income, insurance status, location, or transportation.
