For many women balancing work schedules, caregiving responsibilities, and transportation challenges, virtual access is the only way they can consistently engage in wellness support and community programming.

Her Promise Circle removes these barriers by offering hybrid programming that allows women to participate virtually or in person, ensuring they can access wellness education, fitness sessions, and supportive community regardless of transportation limitations.

Why This Matters in DeKalb County

In DeKalb County, major cardiovascular diseases were the leading cause of death from 2018–2023, and major cardiovascular diseases were also the leading cause of hospitalization.

The county report also notes that one’s health is shaped by more than medical care alone, including the conditions where people live, work, learn, worship, and age.

Her Promise Circle Foundation helps address those gaps through preventative, community-based programming that supports emotional regulation, healthy routines, faith-centered reflection, and connection before women reach burnout or crisis.

Promotion and Facilitation of Motivation, Education and Movement to Strengthen Physical, Mental , and Spiritual Health.

Wellness Workshops

2 x per month
Education for the knowledge to live preventatively for women by learning health and wellness, topics, practical life skills, empowerment and faith-building lessons.

Promise Practice Coaching Program

1 x per week
Group facilitated coaching that combines daily wellness and considers the whole woman by incorporating tips, takeaways, and discussions that strengthen her mental, emotional, and spiritual capacity.

Book Club

1 x per month
Our number one isolation buster! Facilitated discussions on books read collectively by our community with reflections, journal prompts, and conversations to apply what was read.
