Her Promise Circle Foundation serves adult women (18+) who are not in immediate crisis but need ongoing, accessible support for their mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.
We support women who are functioning but struggling—women who may appear stable or are actively burning out because they lack the tools, access, accountability, or community needed to sustain their faith, health and overall well-being.

This is for women who are carrying a lot, putting themselves last, and starting to feel overwhelmed — facing barriers to wellness or the early signs of stress and burnout — and who want free, accessible, faith-based education and community support before burnout takes over.

Her Promise Circle Foundation provides free and low-cost, faith-integrative whole-woman wellness support for women who are functioning but overwhelmed. We help women regulate stress, build consistency, and strengthen their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health before crisis occurs.
Serving DeKalb County in person and virtually nationwide.
If you serve women who would benefit from consistent, preventative support in a safe and welcoming environment, we invite you to refer them to Her Promise Circle Foundation or allow us to refer our women to your services.
We also offer in-house partnership options to service women at your site.
For Women Considering Self-Referral
If you’re here because something in you knows you need support — even if you can’t fully name it yet — you’re not alone.
Many women join Her Promise Circle Foundation while they’re still functioning: going to work, caring for others, showing up. But underneath, they’re tired, overwhelmed, stretched thin, or quietly running on empty. Often, support gets delayed because of cost, time, access, or not knowing where to turn until things feel unmanageable.
Her Promise Circle Foundation exists so you don’t have to wait for burnout or crisis to get support.
This community offers free & low-cost, wellness education, accountability, resources, and supportive community designed to help you care for your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being before things fall apart.

Women often come to Her Promise Circle Foundation feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, and unsure where to turn for support that feels accessible, affordable, and aligned with their faith.
Through participation in our programs, women commonly share that they experience:
A stronger sense of support and belonging, especially after feeling isolated or alone in their stress
Greater clarity and confidence rooted in faith, helping them reframe mindset and daily challenges
Improved emotional steadiness and stress management, even while navigating full schedules and responsibilities
More confidence in applying faith and Scripture to everyday life, not just during hard moments

Her Promise Circle Foundation provides preventative, non-clinical education and community support.
If you are experiencing immediate danger, active crisis, or need medical, psychiatric, or emergency services, this community may not be the appropriate level of care. We do offer a list of crisis resources should you need them.
For Those Considering External Referral
Her Promise Circle is an appropriate referral for women who are experiencing one or more of the following:

Emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, or burnout
Anxiety, difficulty regulating emotions, or persistent mental fatigue
Isolation or lack of consistent, supportive community
Difficulty maintaining healthy routines related to wellness, movement, or self-care
Limited access to affordable wellness education, health guidance, or trusted professionals
Desire for faith-informed support without pressure, judgment, or clinical intervention
A need for structure, encouragement, and accountability to improve overall well-being
Women may be navigating life transitions, prolonged stress, grief, identity shifts, or seasons of rebuilding—but do not require emergency, residential, or clinical services.
Referral Sources
We welcome referrals from a wide range of community, clinical, and institutional partners, including:
Referrals may be formal or informal. Women may also join directly without a referral.

Licensed therapists, counselors, and mental health providers
Hospitals, health systems, and outpatient clinics
Primary care providers and allied health professionals
Georgia DFCS and other child & family service agencies
Case managers, social workers, and care coordinators
Faith leaders, churches, and ministry partners
Community organizations and nonprofit partners
Employers, HR departments, and employee wellness programs
Friends, family members, and personal networks
Women who are self-seeking support
Eligibility Criteria
To participate in Her Promise Circle programs, women must:

Be 18 years of age or older
Be seeking non-clinical, educational, and community-based support
Be able to engage safely in group and virtual settings
Not be in immediate danger or requiring crisis intervention
Her Promise Circle does not require a diagnosis, insurance, or prior program participation.
Scope of Support
Her Promise Circle provides ongoing, Whole Woman Health Informed, non-clinical support through the following services:

Volunteer professionals and specialists lead live workshops on topics such as emotional wellness, mental health education, physical health, relationships, and life skills. These sessions include live Q&A, giving women access to expertise they may not otherwise know, afford, or have access to.

Led by a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), these sessions focus on emotional regulation, stress management, health accountability, reflection, and realistic goal-setting.

For women who desire it, Her Promise Circle offers Bible study, group prayer calls, and one-to-one prayer support. Spiritual services are offered as support, not as a requirement for participation.

Virtual fitness classes are offered through our partnership with Key2Results, including free consultations and personalized plans to support sustainable movement and physical health.

For clarity and safety, Her Promise Circle does not provide:
Clinical therapy or counseling
Medical or psychiatric treatment
Crisis intervention or emergency services
Residential or housing programs
Women experiencing immediate danger, active abuse, suicidal ideation, or acute mental health crises should be referred to appropriate emergency or clinical resources.
