The Her Promise Circle Foundation
Why We Exist
Many women are navigating chronic stress, isolation, and limited access to education, preventive support, and community resources.
These barriers impact women’s ability to maintain healthy routines and stability—and as access to care becomes more limited, preventive education, wellness support, and community-based resources are often the first to disappear, especially for underserved women.
Her Promise Circle Foundation exists to remove these barriers by expanding access to these resources so women can grow in their faith, stay healthy, balanced, and supported before stress becomes crisis.
Who We Serve
We serve adult women (18+) who are not in immediate crisis but are under-supported and lack consistent access to education, resources, or community.
This includes women who are:
Managing chronic stress or burnout
Navigating caregiving, work, or life transitions
Experiencing isolation or lack of support
Seeking affordable access to guidance, accountability and resources
Interested in spiritual support as part of their overall well-being
Benefit to increase consistency in education or access to physical activity resources
Women may join directly or be referred by therapists, hospitals, case managers, community organizations, faith leaders, employers, or personal networks.

We solve low engagement and care gaps in women’s heath, especially caregiver & maternal health programs by providing fully staffed, high-touch engagement systems that keep participants connected, supported, and progressing between clinical visits via our hybrid program model.

Promise Practice
Weekly group coaching using the Whole Woman Framework to nurture spirit, mind, and body. Faith-rooted support and practical stress relief (breathwork, grounding, emotion regulation, purpose reflection) move you from overwhelmed to empowered. Compassionate facilitators offer a safe space to share, build resilience, and grow into a balanced, steady you.
